Both are piped gas distribution companies: Montevideo Gas serves the capital city and Conecta has some inland departments. These departments are: Canelones, San José, Colonia and Paysandú.
The project will be carried out in two stages, which involve installing the adequate ERP (K2B Enterprise) in the management of the two companies, integrating it with their commercial systems. Consequently, the challenge presented is to generate homogeneous procedures for both companies. All the standard K2B modules are implemented, plus the Maintenance, Human Resources, and Payroll modules.
K2B will accompany the evolution of the project, in order to provide the necessary solutions for companies, to continue to modernize and be at the forefront of technology.
