As part of its regional consolidation and growth strategy, Vesta Software Group LATAM — with operations in six Latin American countries: Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina — has selected K2B ERP as the solution to support the management of its operations across the region.
Since 2021, the group has pursued sustained expansion through the acquisition of companies such as GeneXus Consulting, K2B, Datalogic Software, Qwantec, Uruware, GSoft, Nodum, Amisoft, APESA Software, Suplos, Apesa and GEOCOM, thereby consolidating a diverse ecosystem of solutions, industries and capabilities.
In this context, Vesta LATAM is implementing a unified ERP system across all companies within the group, with the aim of strengthening operations and supporting continued business growth.
This initiative builds on the existing implementation at K2B and GeneXus Consulting, where processes had already been modelled in alignment with Vesta standards and corporate reporting requirements. From there, the first step was to migrate this environment to the K2B cloud, establishing a scalable and robust technological foundation.
On this basis, the progressive integration of the various business units began. Currently, the rollout of each business unit (BU) follows a standardised, repeatable and optimised approach, leveraging the capabilities developed by Vesta LATAM’s administrative team.
At present, K2B, GeneXus Consulting, Uruware, GSoft and the Vesta LATAM hub in Uruguay are already implemented and operating in production, as well as Amisoft in Chile. Work is currently underway to incorporate Qwantec in Chile and Peru.
