New implementation for K2B Go in Bepsa

Paraguay’s leading company in the business of electronic transactions, responsible for the processing of debit and credit cards for brands such as Master and Visa, is now running K2B Go.

BEPSA leads the Paraguayan market in the business of electronic transactions. Among other services, they are responsible for processing debit and credit cards for brands such as Master and Visa. They also have their own brand of credit cards, Dinelco.

BEPSA had their own internal systems developed using different technologies to manage their business, so they needed to incorporate a solid management System that also communicated with their internal systems, in order to guarantee a higher efficiency in their processes, and to boost the real-time development of information required by the different management areas, directives and enforcement agencies.

Scope

The solution was implemented incrementally in two phases, executing the K2BGo mode, with an agile implementation. meeting the client’s main demands and designing a roadmap together with them.

In two months, data was gathered, the system installed and put into place, and the team trained. A flexible and configurable solution was implemented adapted to the company. Due to the sanitary situation, the project was done 100% remotely.

In order to carry out the project, we formed a team integrating Bepsa’s employees, Excelsis (our partner in Paraguay) and K2B.

The first phase included the implementation of the following modules: Resource Requests, Expense Requests, Purchases, Storage, Fixed Assets (internal), Accounts Payable and Treasury (for administrative supplier payments and expenses).

During the second phase, the following operational modules were  implemented: Budget and Accounting, and everything related to external Fixed Assets (devices, post and ATMs rented by Bepsa).

After implementing the K2B Go solution, Bepsa now has new processes, operational traceability, and information transparency, thus improving their decision-making processes and focusing more on their business.
